Abstract


          The purposes of the research were to study the Students Caring and Support Operation System Management in Streeranong School , the Secondary Educational Service Area Office14  and to compare the perceptions about the management in students caring and support operation system in Streeranong School, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office14 from teachers in Streeranong School divided by gender, age, working experience, educational level and position. The sample group used in this research, 66 teachers in Streeranong School, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office14, academic year 2016. The sample group were from the Sizing Samples of Krejcie and Morgan and Simple random sampling . The research instrument was the questionnaire rating scales with the reliability of .94, The data were analyzed by using Percent, Mean, Standard Deviation, t – test and F – test and One – way ANOVA analysis of variance. 

          The result showed that  1) The samples provided the perception on the  management in students caring and support operation system in Streeranong School, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office14 the overall in high level. When recognize in each aspect from the most to the least were student promoting, knowing individual students, student forwarding, student screening and problem preventing and solving.   2) The comparison the conceptions on the  management in students caring and support operation system in Streeranong School, divided by gender. There was no difference.   3) The comparison the conceptions on the management in students caring and support operation system in Streeranong School, divided by age. There was no difference on student screening, preventing and problem solving and student forwarding but there were the differences on individual student knowing and student promoting at the statistically significant .05 level.      4) The comparison the conceptions on the  management in students caring and support operation system in Streeranong School, dived by working experience  There was no difference on knowing individual students, student screening, student promoting, problem preventing and solving and student forwarding.   5) The comparison the conceptions on the management in students caring and support operation system in Streeranong School, divided by educational level There was no difference on knowing individual students, student promoting, problem preventing and solving and student forwarding, but there was the difference on student screening at the statistically significant  .05 level.   6) The comparison the conceptions on the  management in students caring and support operation system in Streeranong School, divided by position on knowing individual students, student screening, student promoting, problem preventing and solving and student forwarding.  There was no difference.
