Abstract


          This independent study purposes to 1) to study the general operation of the library network of schools under the Office of the 8th district primary education Ranong.              2) to compare the management of school libraries in the network under the 8th district primary education office in Ranong.  3) Guidelines for the management of learning activities in schools by sex, age, work experience. And the size of the school. The population in this study include eight schools in the network, which has a total of eight school director. The teachers and educational personnel. Under the district primary education office. Ranong, 350 samples of 150 people. The research tool was a rating scale questionnaire. Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) was during 0.5-1.00 and the reliability coefficient was at 0.97. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.

          The findings were as follows:

          1) Operating conditions typical of the school's library network in eight districts under the jurisdiction of the Office of Elementary province as a whole have an average level.
