Abstract
This Research objectives were to investigate and compare the factors affecting to effectiveness of staff’s working operations in Ranong Provincail Administration Oganization. A questionnaire was conducted with data analysis for data gathering sample group Include government officer,Permanent Employee, temporary worker 136 person. Data were analyzed using statistical computer program used to analyze the data are percentage, average, standard deviation. deviation. And hypothesis testing with Using the chi-square (chi - Square) by the significant level of 0.05
The research results are as follows: 1) The factors affecting to effectiveness of staff’s working operations in Ranong Provincail Administration Oganization.were all averaged at highest level was 3.57) in terms of their working stabilities (4.07), Working environment (3.76), management policy (3.61), to command (3.54), Relationship with supervisor (3.52), Relationship with workmate ( 3.49), Compensation (3.48), responsibility (3.47), Recognized (3.44), progress in the work (3.32) respectively. 2) Also, the the factors affecting to effectiveness of staffs’ working operations in Ranong Provincail Administration Oganization compared with their personal factors and working operation appeared different opinions of the staffs. 3) The development to effectiveness of staff’s working operations in Ranong Provincail Administration Oganization. Should focus on development the progress in the work. The results showed that on average less than the others. And should focus on the following issue:1) Recognized 2) responsibility 3) Compensation 4) Relationship with workmate 5) Relationship with supervisor 6) to command 7) management policy 8) Working environment 9) Working environment
