Abstract


This study is aimed to examine and compare participation of Anuban Ranong School’s internal quality assurance, under Ranong Primary Educational service area office categorized into level of Education and working experience with eight aspects of internal quality assurance; organizing information administration, developing education standard, making educational quality developing plan, implementing educational quality  developing plan, checking and reviewing educational quality, educational quality assessment, reporting educational quality annually and  retention of quality assurance.  Samples were 54 and data were collected in academic year of 2016. The instrument used was 5 rating scales questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test score with 0.5 significantly and one way ANOVA were used to test research hypothesis.

          The finding shown that

1.  Participation of school's internal quality assurance:  A case study of Anuban Ranong School Ranong   Primary Educational service area office was shown in very good level, when consider in each aspects were revealed that making educational quality developing plan, implementing educational quality  developing plan were the most mean with very good level.

2.  Comparison of participation of Anuban Ranong School’s internal quality assurance, under Ranong Primary Educational service area office in all and each aspects of level of Education  was shown that  there was no difference level of school’s internal quality assurance participation among teachers who had different level of education. When considered all and each aspects of working experience, it revealed that there was no difference among teachers who had different working experience expected  making educational quality developing plan  which there was different with 0.5 significantly.

Recommendation was presented that there should be making responsible of each work with the structure of quality assurance in order to avoid overlap working and there should be a training of developing educational quality assurance to have more efficiency.
