Abstract


This study aims to investigate the Satisfaction with the Provision of Comprehensive Examinations for Chinese Students in The Field of Educational Administration, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample used in this study is 50 students majoring in educational management, and the research tool used is a questionnaire. The statistical data used for analyzing data is descriptive statistical data, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Chinese students have the highest satisfaction rate (= 4.61) when applying for knowledge processing examination services, classified according to the service process. The average value is the highest (= 4.63), followed by service personnel (= 4.61), service channels (= 4.60), and facilities (= 4.58).
