Spiritual Leadership Affecting the effectiveness of Community Enterprise Operations in Ranong Province

Abstract


The objective of this study was to investigate the conceptual framework of spiritual leadership affecting the effectiveness of community enterprise operations in Ranong Province. This research was a documentary research using secondary data from relevant documents and research to be analyzed and synthesized to achieve the conceptual framework of spiritual leadership affecting the effectiveness of community enterprise operations in Ranong Province. The results showed that the spiritual leadership framework had affected the effectiveness of community enterprise operations in Ranong Province, which consists of vision, hope, faith, and trust.
