THAILAND 4.0: PRACTICAL INTERACTIVE CLASSROOM AND EDUCATIONAL MEDIUMS FOR UNDERGRADUATES

Abstract


This academic paper elaborates the necessity of interactive classroom and interactive educational mediums for the era of Thailand 4.0 with the aim to better develop motivational and inspirational learning process through interactive classroom settings. For interactive class activities, the instructions of class discussion, role-play, and flipped
classroom are discussed. For offline educational mediums, there are guidelines of flash card and mind mapping. Additionally, the methods of online educational mediums elaborated in this paper are game-based learning and E-Learning. Learning Pyramid Model, Dr. Howard
Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence Concept, and Lorin Anderson with David Krathwohl’s Revised Taxonomy theories are applied to validate the authenticity of interactive classrooms. In addition, the limitations of interactive classroom approaches are stated and potential benefits of interactive classrooms are also clarified in this academic paper which will include both the potential benefits for teachers and students in term of their cognitive skills and social - emotional skills.
