Abstract


          The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the teamwork of teachers in the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17. The samples used in this research were 304 people. The sample size was used by Kerjcie and Morgan 's table and Stratified sampling. The instrument used in this research was the 5 rating scale questionnaire Index of item Objective Congruence (IOC) be valuable between 0.80 - 1.00, that had the discrimination index at 0.41– 0.90 level and the reliability index at 0.96 level. The data were statistically analized by the percentage,  mean, the standard diviation, the            t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA ) and  Scheffe’s method.

          The findings of this research were as follows 1) The teamwork of teachers in the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17 was overall and each aspect at the high level. 2) The comparison of the teamwork of teachers in the schools under the secondary Educational Service Area Office 17 was overall and each aspect  was not  significantly different. 3) The comparison of the teamwork of teachers in the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17 was overall was significantly different  at the .05 level
