Abstract


This research aimed to study and compare the opinion of teachers on Leaning Organization of Network Development Schools 5 Ranong Primary Education Service Area Office, classified by status of personnel. Samples are 91 teachers on learning organization of Network Development Schools 5 Ranong Primary Education Service Area Office. Questionnaire used for an instrument. Statistics used for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Compare mean.

Finding revealed as follows

1. The opinion of teachers on Leaning Organization of Network Development Schools 5 Ranong Primary Education Service Area Office were at high level. Considering on each aspect, the opinion of teachers on Leaning Organization of Network Development Schools 5 Ranong Primary Education Service Area Office in all aspects sort average is descending. The application of technology the dynamics of learning the modifications Organization Management Body of Knowledge the empowerment of people with the lowest average.

2. The comparison of results found. The opinion of teachers on Leaning Organization of Network Development Schools 5 Ranong Primary Education Service Area Office. Has a different school that the organization is a learning network of primary schools under the Office of the 5th district primary education Ranong. Overall revenue side and not statistically different levels. 05.
