Abstract


           The objectives of this research were to analysis the strength, weakness of tourist area and guideline of develop to public the tourist area in Amphoe Naklang, Nongbualamphu Province. The method of data analysis used specific interview were 119 people such as administrators tourism, people, entrepreneurs involve tourist area compose of retailers, restaurants, Naklang of municipal employees,  manager of subdistrict administrative organization Phzngdeang, manager of subdistrict administrative organization Dongsawan, manager of subdistrict administration organization Kuddinjee. The data analysis used content analysis.

           The results of the research were the strength: the majority of people in area were willing to participate in development and want to development of tourist area for the better. However, there are a few of the participation about development of tourist area because the various departments were not interested in a truly collaborative and very little budget. Then the development of government department must have the core of development and continuously work. Moreover, public relations lack participation of people, knowledge, and using power and duties to develop tourist area. For the guidelines of development must have setting process of participation both public and private to join the cause and fix the problem. The enhancing of process should be participate of all parties, especially the executive and other department, focus on developing tourist area by providing adequate financial support, activities of moral and ethics enhancing to beautiful of culture, and developing of quality employees for give knowledge and more capability to further develop the tourist area.
