Abstract


This research has the objective of this research is to study the leadership of school administrators of small schools in Muang Ranong District, Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office. And to compare the leadership of school administrators of small schools in Muang Ranong District, Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office qualification by educational degree and teaching experience.  The data collection from 46  directors from small school in Muang Ranong District, Ranong. Primary Educational Service Area Office, Ranong Province. The instruments to collect data is A questionnaire with the reliability at .94 and the data were analyzed using a computer with this program. Mean scores (), standard deviation () for the t - test and f - test.

          The results showed that 1) the leadership of the school administrators of small schools in Muang Ranong District, Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office. The overall is at high level. The descending order is the average income of the top four, with the top leadership down, including : The consideration of the individual,  The encourage of using intelligence, The influence of ideological and Inspirational respectively  2) The comparison leadership of school administrators of small schools in in Muang Ranong District, Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office by educational deree and teaching experience, it is no statistical difference at significant level. 05.
