Abstract


This research aims 1) to study transformational leadership administrators affecting educational Institution administration in kraburee District, Ranong Province, 2) to investigate the transformational leadership of school administrators effectiveness divided by the size of school, 3) to study relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and the effects of school performances. The sample groups used in this research are 25 primary school in Kraburee District, Ranong Province under Ranong  Primary Educational Service Area Office, 14 administrators and 276 teacher under the jurisdiction of the Office totaling 290 research participants. The research instrument was a set of questionnaires with the five-scale ratings. The statistics used in analyzing the acquired data were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, hypothesis was test by t-test, one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

Results of the research were as follow:

1.  The transformation leadership of the school administrator in kraburee District, Ranong Province under  Ranong  Primary Educational Service Area Office as a whole and each aspect was at a highest level. The aspects ranked from highest to lowest mean scores were charisma or charisma leadership, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration.

2.  The transformational leadership administrators yielded an image of leadership recognition as a whole and each individual aspects yielding no statistical significant difference of .o5.

3.  The comparison result of transformational leadership administrators and the effects of school performances divided by the size of school as a whole and each individual aspects yielding no statistical significant difference of .o5.
