Abstract

          This research is aimed to make and develop manual budget administration of Phichai Rattanakhan School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 14. To my study I found that there are 5 important aspects of budget administration; the form, the content, the benefits of the manual, financial management and supplies management. The sample of this research come from 80 school workers including directors, teachers and official workers who work in Phichai Rattanakhan School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 14 in academic year of 2016. The instrument for doing this research was 5 rating scales questionnaire which was invented by Likert. The statistic used in this research is percentage, mean, standard deviation.

          The result of this research:

           Satisfaction in the development of manual budget administration of Phichai Rattanakhan School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 14 there are 5 important aspects was presented in  good level. In five aspects of manual budget administration; the benefits of this manual is considered the most level, another 4 aspects are in good level. According to 5 rating scales questionnaire, the form of the manual got the highest mean, following with the supplies management and, the content of the manual. The lowest mean is financial management.
