Abstract

This research aims to 1) Toexplore the knowledge of children parents. The base for developing local child development centers inLeung Tai subdistrictAdminnistrative Organization, Kosumpisai, MahaSarakham. 2) To propose the development of child centers in Leung Tai subdistrictAdminnistrative Organization, Kosumpisai, MahaSarakham. The local knowledge, the researcher use the questionnaire to collect data from a sample of 100 parents. And then, the researcher analyzed by analysis of frequency percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The research results are as follows :

1. To survey the knowledge of children parents. The base for developing local child centers in Leung Tai subdistrictAdminnistrative Organization, Kosumpisai, MahaSarakham. Overall, the highest score of a cognitive averaging is 4.37.To consider by following from the occupation is 4.68. The traditional food is 4.42, the major historical sites and key people is 4.36, the rituals, customs and traditions are 4.25, and arts and culture are 4.14.

2. To present of the development of child care centers in Leung Tai subdistrictAdminnistrative Organization, Kosumpisai, MahaSarakham. The local knowledge base onthe overall level is very appropriate. A reasonable average level is 4.42. To consider by the following order. 1) To participate in the decision will be made as well as ongoing operating performance. 2) To participate in the implementation of a process that all sections must be aware of the role and involvement in implementation are also important. And improve data management are improved steadily. 3) To participate in the evaluation aimed at encouraging all sections to evaluate operating performance. The purpose of the operation is important. 4) To participate of beneficiaries in the distribution of benefits and rewards for thoroughly. For encourage people in the workplace and reduce the impact on individuals and society.
