ปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาในการยื่นแบบภาษีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองลู อำเภอสังขละบุรี จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี

Abstract

The purposes of the study were to 1) to study tax application form submitting’s problems of Nong-Lu Subdistrict Administration Organization (SAO), Sangkha-Buri District, Kanchanaburi Province and 2) to study tax application form submitting’s to find solution guidelines of Nong-Lu Subdistrict Administration Organization (SAO), Sangkha-Buri District, Kanchanaburi Province. The sample group of this study was the people who have to pay a property tax, a local maintenance tax and a signboard tax to Nong-Lu’s SAO. The volume of them was limited to 322 people. The research instrument was the questionnaire. The data was analyzed by Descriptive Statistics.

          The study found as the following. There was a medium level of the tax submitting problem. The result which was considered on each view was sort by descending order of the average as followed. There was a high level problem of the tax submitting knowledge. There were medium level problem of the impartiality, the facility and the service of public servant. The solution guidelines were suggested as followed. Nong-Lu’s SAO should solve the problem of tax submitting knowledge, impartiality and facility.
