Abstract


This study aims to 1) study the opinions of teachers, administrators, parents and students toward teacher behaviours to Code of Ethics of Teaching Profession 2) compare the opinions among teachers, administrators, parents and students toward teacher behaviours to Code of Ethics of Teaching Profession under the criteria of age, sex and school group          The samples in this study are teachers, administrators, parents and students under the secondary service area 1 by using multi-stage sampling. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan Table, and yielded the total of 1,418 persons. The results are:

          1. The overall opinions of teachers, administrators, parents and students toward teacher behaviours to Code of Ethics of Teaching Profession under the secondary service area 1 are at high level. All five topics are also at high level. The topic with the highest average score is the Code of Ethics of Teaching Profession topic. The second to last are the Code of Ethics to the clients, the Code of Ethics to other teachers, the Code of Ethics to teachers’ own self and the Code of Ethics to the community, respectively.

2. Compare the opinions among teachers, administrators, parents and students toward teacher behaviours to Code of Ethics of Teaching Profession under the secondary service area1 2.1) Under the criterion of role, the opinions were different significantly at p=0.05 2.2) Under the criterion of age, the opinions were different significantly at p=0.05  2.3) Under the criterion of sex, there was no difference significantly of the opinions in overall and in each of five topics 2.4) Under the criterion of school group, the opinions were different significantly at p=0.05
