Abstract


The purpose of this study was to find out the condition and find the guideline for develop the 3D library according to the standard  of school under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area 2.

The research comprised 3 procedures as follows : 1) Study the operation of the library according to the standard 3D of school under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area 2 in concept idea that divided to 3 factors are good books, good environment and good librarian.

A population group were 302 teachers librarian and school principal. The tools used in the study included questionnaire rating 5 scale, it has 0.95 for validity. Frequency value, Percentage, Mean and standard deviation was used for content analysis.

The results of this study were

1) The condition of operation in library according to the standard 3D of school under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area 2 that was in medium level ; the highest operation was good books, the next were good environment and good teachers librarian respectively.

2) It has 2 ways for develop the library according to the standard 3D of school under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area 2 follows; 1.) The school should provided a questionnaire for survey the requirement about books and other instruction media for example childhood’s toy, primary student’s toy for the library by teachers included the guardian, students and the others in a community for participation before purchasing. The teacher librarian should provided a borrowing books and instruction media data report included survey the highest requirement from amount the often borrowing of books and others instruction media before present to administrator. 2.) The teachers librarian should provided a questionnaire to library user for convenience in a service; cleanness and light in the library included points service; copy point, drinking service point before present to administrator and increase the clearly library sign board for example using library regulation, using library etiquette or borrowing explanation sign board by organize the activity for student’s participation. 3.) The school should provided the budget for employ a teacher who graduated directly from library science major to be a librarian of school or  encourage a teacher who performing a librarian duty to attend a training about library science major for understanding in the condition of library and organize activity that according with all the department. In order that, the school should specify clearly schedule and establish supervise committee for supervise to the teacher librarian’s operation at least once a semester, included evaluate from satisfaction questionnaire of library user.
