Exploring The Influence of Ancient Architectural Elements of Quanzhou for Tea Packaging Design

Abstract


This study takes the ancient architectural elements of Quanzhou as an entry point to explore their influence on tea packaging design. The study uses a combination of practical examples and literature collection to survey tea consumers in the Quanzhou region. The study found that there is significant guidance for tea packaging design and related industries, and that by focusing on the use of ancient architectural elements in Quanzhou, tea packaging design can meet consumer expectations for aesthetics, uniqueness and emotional needs while carrying on traditional culture. Further research into the association between ancient architectural elements of Quanzhou and tea packaging design can help to enhance the brand value and market competitiveness of tea products. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. The unique flavour of the ancient architectural elements of Quanzhou can bring a strong historical and cultural atmosphere to the tea packaging, stimulating consumers' emotional identification with traditional culture, which shows that the ancient architectural elements of Quanzhou have an important influence on tea packaging design. 2. The cultural connotation conveyed by the ancient architectural elements of Quanzhou can be integrated with the quality characteristics of the tea, highlighting the regional characteristics and cultural value of the product.
