KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING IN WRITING OPERATIONAL MANUALS FOR ACADEMIC SUPPORT PERSONNEL, FACULTY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Abstract


The study on the knowledge and understanding of academic support personnel in preparing operational manuals at the Faculty of Science and Technology was conducted with the objective of examining the level of understanding of academic support personnel in the Faculty of Science and Technology regarding the preparation of operational manuals, identifying the problems and obstacles encountered in the process, and developing guidelines for preparing such manuals in accordance with the standards prescribed by the university. The population of this study consisted of 27 academic support staff members of the Faculty of Science and Technology. This research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The results obtained were analyzed and utilized to refine and improve the work processes in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
