A STUDY OF GRADUATE STUDENTS’ SATISFACTION IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM TOWARDS HYBRID LEARNING
Abstract
A Study of Graduate Students’ Satisfaction in Business Administration Program towards Hybrid Learning. The objectives of this study were: (1) to study the satisfaction level of graduate students in the Master of Business Administration program toward Hybrid Learning, and (2) to study the guidelines for developing Hybrid Learning to meet the needs of students. Data were collected from a sample group of 30 graduate students. The research instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results of the analysis of the satisfaction level of graduate students in the Master of Business Administration program toward Hybrid Learning in general found that it was at the highest level. Considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects had the highest level of satisfaction, namely activities, instructors, technology, and learners.
