DEVELOPMENT OF E-COMMERCE WEBSITE FOR BUBBLE MILK TEA SHOP IN BANGKOK

Abstract


The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the demand for e-commerce websites for bubble milk tea selling, and 2) develop e-commerce website for a bubble milk tea shop in Bangkok in order to provide an additional sales channel. The stages of the research composed feasibility study, user’s requirement analysis, system design, and development. The research results were found as follows: 1) The e-commerce website development was needed in which the bubble milk tea shop can sell products online, and 2) The developed e-commerce website consisted of an administrator and a customer section. Administrators can take care of additional, modifying, or deleting information, reviewing customer payments. The development of an e-commerce website can support the bubble milk tea shop to increase the sales channels and increase their income.
