SATISFACTION OF SERVICE RECIPIENTS, PLANS AND BUDGETS GRADUATE SCHOOL SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY 2025
Abstract
The objective of this study was to examine the satisfaction of faculty members and staff regarding the planning and budgeting operations of the Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, across four aspects: (1) service processes or procedures, (2) service personnel, (3) facilities, and (4) service outcomes. Data were collected using a questionnaire administered to 78 respondents. The personal information of the respondents was analyzed, and the data were processed using statistical software. The findings revealed that: 1) Regarding the personal information of the respondents, the majority were female, aged between 40 and 50 years, and were either currently pursuing or had completed a doctoral degree. 2) Regarding the level of satisfaction with the planning and budgeting services of the Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in 2025, the results indicated that the overall mean score for the service processes or procedures was 4.25, for service personnel was 4.50, for facilities was 4.75, and for service outcomes was 4.63.
