Abstract

The study titled “A Study on the Operational Efficiency and Service Provision of the Certificate Program in Traditional Thai Medicine” aimed to evaluate the performance and service efficiency of the Traditional Thai Medicine Certificate Program at the Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The evaluation focused on four key aspects: service procedures, service personnel, facilities, and overall service performance. Additionally, the study sought to gather opinions and suggestions for improving the program. The sample included 278 respondents—18 lecturers, 2 staff members, and 258 certificate students. Demographically, the majority were female (56.83%), aged between 41–50 years (60.79%), mostly students (92.81%), and held a bachelor's degree (84.53%). Most participants used the services 4–6 days per week. The findings revealed that the overall service efficiency was rated as very high (mean = 4.00). Among the four aspects, the highest satisfaction was with service personnel (mean = 4.36), followed by service procedures, facilities, and service performance. Despite the high satisfaction, the study proposed several recommendations: further research on the long-term impact of the program, improved data collection methods through in-depth inquiries, and exploration of other influencing factors such as cultural elements and organizational planning. The study emphasizes the need for continuous evaluation and enhancement of educational service programs to better serve the needs of students and align with institutional goals.
