FACTORS AFFECTING SATISFACTION WITH PROCUREMENT SERVICES IN TERMS OF MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS OF GRADUATE SCHOOL STAFF AT SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY
Abstract
This study investigated the factors influencing satisfaction with procurement services regarding the demand for materials and equipment among staff at the Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The objectives of the study were: (1) to examine the level of satisfaction with procurement services in relation to materials and equipment, and (2) to analyze the factors affecting staff satisfaction with these services. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to Graduate School staff members. The demographic analysis revealed that most respondents were female (80.0%), while males accounted for 20.0%. The majority were aged between 31–40 years (64.0%), followed by 20–30 years (20.0%). Regarding education, most held a master’s degree (80.0%), while 20.0% held a bachelor’s degree. The overall satisfaction with procurement services was found to be at the highest level, with a mean score of 4.35. When considering specific dimensions, all were also rated at the highest level: equitable services (= 4.44), continuous services (= 4.37), progressive services (= 4.33), timely services (= 4.29), and adequate services (= 4.29). The findings indicate that procurement services at the Graduate School are highly satisfactory across all dimensions. These results provide useful insights for maintaining service quality and enhancing efficiency in materials and equipment management.
