THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ACTIVITIES PROMOTING DIGITAL CULTURE IN COLLABORATIVE WORK AMONG STAFF OF THE GRADUATE SCHOOL, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY
Abstract
This study aimed to (1) develop activities to promote digital culture in collaborative work among staff of the Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and (2) examine their effectiveness. Data were collected from 73 participants, including 47 faculty members and 26 supporting staff, through questionnaires and analyzed with statistical software. The Graduate School organized four projects to enhance digital skills: (1) Applying Google Workspace for effective work, (2) Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, (3) Using Canva in teaching and learning, and (4) Applying AI in work practices. Respondents were mostly female academic staff aged 56–65, with doctoral degrees and 1–5 years of experience. They also demonstrated strong awareness of the digital university concept. Findings revealed that the overall effectiveness of the activities was at the highest level. In terms of knowledge development in digital technology use, the mean score was 4.71, with the highest-rated aspect being the application of digital experience to improve work and organizational development (x̅ = 4.77). Regarding digital culture skills in collaboration, the mean score was 4.73, with the highest-rated aspect being teamwork and cooperation to achieve goals quickly (x̅ = 4.82). In conclusion, the activities were highly effective in fostering both digital knowledge and collaborative digital culture among staff, supporting the Graduate School’s transition toward a digital university.
