FACTORS INFLUENCING SATISFACTION WITH THE REGISTRAR AND EVALUATION SERVICES FOR REQUESTING ACADEMIC PROGRESS CERTIFICATES OF GRADUATE STUDENTS AT SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract


Research on Factors Affecting Satisfaction with the Services of the Registration and Evaluation Office in Requesting a Graduate Progress Certificate among Graduate Students at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. A total of 40 respondents participated in the survey.       The majority were female, accounting for 24 respondents (57.14%), while 18 respondents (42.86%) were male. Most respondents were aged between 30 and 40 years (21 respondents, 70.0%), followed by those under 30 years (6 respondents, 20.0%) and those aged 41–50 years (3 respondents, 10.0%), respectively. In terms of educational background, the majority held a Master’s degree (28 respondents, 66.67%), while 14 respondents (33.33%) held a Doctoral degree. A research study found that the overall satisfaction level of graduate students at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University with the academic and registration services for requesting a certificate of progress was at the highest level. When considered by individual aspects, all were found to have an average score at the highest level: equal service provision (4.32), prompt and timely service (4.28), progressive service (4.28), sufficient service (4.25), and continuous service (4.28), respectively.
