FACTORS AFFECTING THE SATISFACTION OF STUDENTS IN THE DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY PROGRAM IN APPLIED THAI TRADITIONAL MEDICINE, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract


This research aimed to study the factors affecting student satisfaction in the Doctoral Program in Applied Thai Traditional Medicine at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Data were collected from 30 students, comprising 12 males and 18 females. The research instrument was a questionnaire measuring satisfaction levels across several dimensions: personnel, curriculum and course content, teaching media and technology, facilities and support services, and management. The findings revealed that students’ overall satisfaction was at a high to very high level, with personnel factors receiving the highest satisfaction scores. Moreover, female students showed significantly higher satisfaction with the curriculum and course content compared to male students. The results highlight the importance of continuously developing personnel quality and improving the curriculum to enhance teaching effectiveness and adequately meet student needs.
