THE EFFICIENCY OF TASK PERFORMANCE AND SERVICE DELIVERY OF THE FINANCE AND SUPPLIES DIVISION, GRADUATE SCHOOL, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract


This research aims to study the efficiency of duties performance and service delivery of the Finance and Supplies Division at the Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in four aspects: service process, personnel, facilities, and service outcomes. Data were collected using questionnaires from 78 respondents, including 51 lecturers, 27 staff members, and 78 graduate students who received services from the Graduate School office. The data were analyzed using statistical software. The study found that: 1) The demographic data of respondents showed that most service users were female, over 50 years old, pursuing or holding a doctoral degree, primarily lecturers, and had received services between 6 to 10 times. 2) Regarding satisfaction levels on the duties performance and service delivery of the Finance and Supplies Division, the overall satisfaction score was very high level (=4.50). The highest-rated aspects were service accuracy ( = 4.90), staff enthusiasm ( = 4.81), polite and friendly service ( = 4.71), promptness of service ( = 4.69), clear service procedures ( = 4.67), accurate and clear advice (= 4.59), and standardized service steps  ( = 4.53). The aspect rated as high satisfaction was the clarity of documents, announcements, and website information ( = 4.12).
