JOB SATISFACTION OF PERSONNELS AT DEMONSTRATION SCHOOL OF SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The study on job satisfaction of personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Demonstration School aimed to study the level of job satisfaction of personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Demonstration School and to compare job satisfaction of personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Demonstration School. The population used in this study was 79 personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Demonstration School. The data were collected using a questionnaire and the statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
