Abstract


Abstract
       The objectives of this study were 1) to study quality level of gift Wholesale shop 2) to compare service quality of gift Wholesale shop classified by personal factors. The participants were customers who purchased products
and service from Kitty Ann gift Wholesale shop. The population was unknown; the data was analyzed by using William Gemmell Cochran (1953) instrument. The sample was at 0.5 significant level, the error was at 5% in which resulted in
400 samples. The instrument used in this study was questionnaire. Frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, ttest and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data.  The result showed that most of the respondents were single female aged 21-30. They were business owner with over 35,000 Baht income per month and graduated in bachelor degree. The findings indicated that the customers were highly satisfied in every aspects of the service quality. However, the service quality level towards individual customer was shown the least satisfied. From the study comparing the service quality level classified by individual factors, it showed that the customers with different gender, age, status, education and income would have different satisfaction level towards the
service. There was no difference in satisfaction level in customers with different careers.
