Abstract
The objectives of this research were to compare and study the recommendations for administrator’s role in implementing the Internal Quality Assurance of Schools under jurisdiction of The Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 4. The samples of this study were 325 administrators and teachers. The research instrument was Questionnaire with Reliability of total issue =
.98. Data were analyzed by calculating the Mean, Standard Deviation, t – test (Independent Samples), and F – test (One way ANOVA).
The research findings found that: 1. For the administrator’s roles in implementing the Internal Quality Assurance of Schoolsunder jurisdiction of The Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 4, they were ranged in
“Moderate” to “High” level. 2. For the administrator’s roles in implementing the Internal Quality Assurance of Schools under jurisdiction of The Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 4, based on opinion of teachers and administrators working in different sized schools, there were no significant differences at .05 level which did not retain the hypothesis. 3. There were recommendations on The administrator’s roles in implementing the Internal
Quality Assurance of Schools under jurisdiction of The Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 4 as follows: 1) the teachers should be officially assigned to study the Learning Substance they were teaching which was congruent with the Standard, 2) the Need for developing the Educational Quality, should be analyzed by focusing on the importance and need of locality as Student-centered, 3) the structure of administration and management for Internal Quality Assurance should be developed regularly, and 4) the schools should be developed into Learning Organization by providing Learning Source in schools, encouraging the teachers to obtain self-development, promoting the technology for both of teachers and students to search for knowledge, providing the opportunity for parents as well as community to participate in implementing the Internal Quality Assurance in schools and understand the Internal Quality Assurance System in schools.
