Abstract


Bangplasoi Community: Conservation and Development. This research was studied about habitation and community development. Moreover is social and cultural landscape of Bangplasoi Community for recommend how to preserve all of these heritages. This research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The Research result showed that Bangplasoi is a coastline community that had been
settled since the late Krungsri Ayuddhaya era. Although, community area was changed. However, it’s still has trail of architecture, folk way, city plan and habitation which are connect to the established time. There are 4 part to preserve and develop community. Firstly, community administration with International Cultural Tourism Charter concept. Secondly, Community landscape administration that connects to architecture and community area. Thirdly, Tourism area development that cover with research result and
there are 3 houses that was selected because it’s shown community identity. Finally is specifying tourism routes with community mapping also to tourism activity and community history for Bangplasoi valuable
and completely meaningful.
The result is expected to be receive is the tourist will receiving experience and learning about this community. In the same time, other organization should support for budget, cultural landscape administration, tourism activity that can be preserving community tradition, cultural, folk way, architecture preservation and community economic development. Moreover, people will aware and proud
to preserve them cultural heritage for sustainable.
