การรับรู้วัฒนธรรมองค์การกับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ที่พยากรณ์ การสื่อสารของพยาบาลและผู้ช่วยพยาบาลกับผู้รับบริการในโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ
Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the level of communication, perception of organizational culture and emotional quotient of nurses, technical nurses and clients in the public hospitals, 2) to study the relationship between perception of organizational culture of nurses, technical nurses and clients in the public hospitals, 3) to study the relationship between emotional quotient of nurses, technical
nurses and clients in the public hospitals, 4) to predict communication of nurses, technical nurses and clients in the public hospitals with perception of organizational culture and emotional quotient. The sample group consisted of 297 nurses and technical nurses of Surajthanee hotpital and Kernjanadit hotpitals. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple
Regression Analysis.
The results showed as follow : 1) There were at high level of perception of organizational culture, emotional quotient and communication. 2) There was a positive relationships between perception of organizational culture and communication of nurses, technical nurses and clients with statistical
significance at 0.01 level 3) There was a positive relationships between emotional quotient nurses, technical nurses and clients with statistical significance at 0.01 level and 4) There were three predicted
variables : emotional quotient in the facet of perception appraisal expression and recognizing of emotional and perception of organizational culture in the facet of passive – defensive can account for 67.2 percent to predict communication nurses and technical nurses and clients.
